Clarity Mail Club is a snail-mail experience created and shipped by Rise Above Solutions LLC.

Processing Time

Each Clarity Mail Club envelope is prepared with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your envelope to be prepared and mailed after your order or subscription payment is processed.

Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected delays.

How the Clarity Mail Club Journey Ships

Clarity Mail Club is not based on a specific calendar month. Every member begins with Envelope 01 of Season One: The Clarity Collection and continues through the envelope episodes in order.

This means your first shipment will begin with Envelope 01, no matter when you join.

Shipping Area

At this time, Clarity Mail Club ships within the United States only.

Shipping Method

Orders are mailed using standard USPS mail unless otherwise stated. Tracking may not be available for standard envelope mail.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage required to resend the item.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Mail

Once an envelope is handed over to USPS, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us, and we will review the situation.
