Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Clarity Mail Club is offered as a subscription-style purchase option through Rise Above Solutions LLC.

By purchasing a Clarity Mail Club subscription, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis according to the subscription option selected at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but will not refund payments that have already been processed.

Once a subscription payment has processed, that episode is considered in progress and is non-refundable.

Skipping or Managing a Subscription

If subscription management options are available through your customer account, you may be able to manage, skip, pause, update, or cancel your subscription from your account page.

Address Updates

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current before the next subscription payment is processed. We are not responsible for envelopes mailed to an outdated or incorrect address.
