Welcome to Clarity Mail Club. This website and shop are operated by Rise Above Solutions LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rise Above Solutions LLC and Clarity Mail Club.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced on our website, product pages, or checkout.
Our Products
Clarity Mail Club is a snail mail subscription-style experience. Each envelope is created to offer encouragement, reflection, emotional awareness, and personal support through letters, activity cards, stickers, and small paper keepsakes.
Season One: The Clarity Collection includes 12 envelope episodes. Every member begins with Envelope 01 and continues through the collection in order.
Emotional Wellness Disclaimer
Clarity Mail Club is created for encouragement, reflection, self-awareness, and emotional support. It is not therapy, medical advice, counseling, crisis support, or a replacement for care from a licensed mental health or medical professional.
By purchasing or using our products, you understand that our materials are for personal reflection and supportive purposes only.

Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, pricing, or offers at our discretion.
Subscription Billing
Clarity Mail Club may be offered as a recurring subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.
Each processed subscription payment covers the next envelope episode in your Clarity Mail Club journey.
Once a subscription payment has processed, that envelope episode is considered in progress and is non-refundable.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund payments that have already processed.

Shipping
At this time, Clarity Mail Club ships within the United States only.
Orders are prepared and mailed within 2 business days after an order or subscription payment is processed, unless otherwise stated.
Because Clarity Mail Club is mailed through standard USPS mail, tracking may not be available for standard envelope shipments.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable mail due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our small-batch mailed products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order or subscription payment has been processed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Personal Use Only
All Clarity Mail Club materials, letters, activities, designs, stickers, cards, downloads, written content, graphics, and product concepts are intended for personal use only unless we give written permission otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Rise Above Solutions LLC.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product descriptions, graphics, logos, images, designs, written materials, branding, and product concepts, belongs to Rise Above Solutions LLC and/or Clarity Mail Club unless otherwise stated.
